Smith Street Mall
Option 1: Smith Street Mall via Knuckey
- Enter Smith Street Mall from Knuckey Street.
- You’ll pass Blooms The Chemist on your right. Keep walking straight.
- In the middle of the mall, you’ll see the Smith St Mall Playground.
- On your right, you’ll see Darwin Souvenirs & Gifts. The entrance (glass door) is just to the left of that store.
- To the right of the glass door, you’ll see an intercom — press 306.
After entering, walk straight to the end and take the elevator upstairs to Viyula Beauty Spa, Level 3.
Option 2: Smith Street Mall via Bennett
- Enter Smith Street Mall from the Bennett Street side. You’ll see Paspaley at the corner.
- Walk straight (west) through the mall until you pass The Array. The entrance (glass door) is on your left near the playground.
- To the right of the glass door, use the intercom — press 306.
After entering, walk straight to the end and take the elevator upstairs to Viyula Beauty Spa, Level 3.
West Lane Entry
Option 3: West Lane via Mitchell Street (on foot)
- Facing the Hilton on Mitchell Street, walk through the small lane next to it called Chapel Lane to reach the back of the Hilton.
- Continue to the end of the lane — you’ll see a blue and white building diagonally in front of you.
Option 4: West Lane via Bennett Street (by car, one-way)
- Enter West Lane from the Bennett Street side — you will pass by the West Lane car park.
- Continue driving forward, past the loading areas and alleyways.
- Near the junction, look for the blue and white building on your right-hand side. Ella restaurant is on the right side of the building, and Fat Tuna is located directly across the street.
- Facing the mailboxes, the intercom is on the left side. Press 306 to enter through the glass door, then take the elevator to Level 3.
